LJ 60 Horizontal Elbow Squeezer

LJ60 Horizontal elbow squeezer is the equipment which extrudes aluminum slugs into germ tubes.

Vibrating hopper automatically sorts slugs and sends them to guide rail, the machine hand sends them to extrusion cavity. At the function of crank, slugs are extruded to germ tubes and then unload automatically. Conveyor chains transmit them out.

Conveyor chain can connect with threading machines slot, and come to next procedure automatically.

This machine contains lubrication system whose pump can supply lubricant automatically. It has to start oil pump before this machine begins to work. The machine can start after the oil pumps working, otherwise, the machine can not start. There is automatic lubricant point at positions like crank, guide rail, flywheel.

This machine adopts cylinder brake, so it is convenient to operate, safe and efficient. Punch seat Adopts double-slope adjustment form, locating accurately. And punch seat and connecting bar use adjustable structure which can eliminate gap caused by long time working attrition, and guarantee working precision of equipments long time usage. Critical parts such as bearing pad and guide rail both use ZQSn10-1 excellent copper, reducing friction factor, increasing wear resistance, extending usage life. Crank adds flat bearing, stopping forward and backward movement, so it can improve equipments working precision. Connecting bar and distance-regulating connecting bar were finished by numerical control equipment; therefore the process is greatly improved. Sending slugs and tubes both use grabbing hand structure which is steady and convenient.

A.The horizontal impact extrusion press the aluminium slug into semi-finished tube through shake silo to extrusion mould form within the function of connecting rod. The semi-finished tube takes once-through shape craft and automatic discharge.
